📋 Description Design autonomous AI agents to qualify inbound leads against ICP. Develop AI workflows using external data and CRM history for lead enrichment. Build email agents that categorize intent and generate responses with LLMs. Develop RAG solutions to surface sales content (pricing, case studies, competitive intel). Sync AI agent activities with Salesforce/HubSpot to keep CRM data accurate. Optimize AI agents via prompt engineering, reasoning loops, and experiments. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in Growth, Solutions, or Sales Eng in B2B SaaS. Hands-on AI agents with Agent-as-a-Service or LangChain/LangGraph. Strong LLM knowledge (GPT-4o, Claude or similar). Experience implementing RAG architectures.
