Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community Connections Program

📋 Description Deliver direct support per ISP, BSP, and Nursing Support Plan. Facilitate structured community activities to promote participation. Transport individuals and coordinate community outings. Support participation in events and document services. Promote health, safety, dignity, and self-determination. Promote community integration and skill development. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years experience with individuals with IDD, mental health or related human services. Valid driver's license and vehicle with auto insurance. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to provide references. Able to attend two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training.
