SAP Business System Analyst

📋 Description Act as SAP SD and FI/CO functional expert for O2C and P2P. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Support to translate requirements. Lead SAP S/4HANA design/implementation with Zendesk, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Vistex. Document business processes, specs, and configuration documents. Provide production support: incident resolution and root-cause analysis. Promote IT best practices and SOX/governance alignment. 🎯 Requirements Strong SAP SD and FI/CO expertise, SAP S/4HANA preferred. Deep O2C and P2P knowledge (pricing, invoicing, delivery, credit). Bridge between business users and technical teams; strong communication. Experience defining requirements, designing solutions, documenting, and training. Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, Vistex, Model-N, E2Open.
