📋 Description Lead a high-performance Delivery Team in Nepal delivering for US, Australia and Europe. Improve service delivery processes, practices and work standards. Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while maintaining profitability. Plan and manage risk, change management, and governance for Nepal. Plan deployment of people and resources; foster servant leadership. Develop employer brand and candidate pipeline; collaborate across locations. 🎯 Requirements Experience managing large multi-million dollar projects for American/European clients. Strong business acumen. Digital skills: spreadsheets, documents, presentations, analysis. Quick learner of business software systems (BI, PM tools, etc). Experience leading large teams and handling tough situations.
