Design from the front line by shadowing reps; partner cross-functionally. Lead with data: measure performance, identify bottlenecks, ROI-focused improvements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles in high-growth settings. AI fluent: build revenue workflows with AI tools; prompt engineering. SQL fluency; pull and interrogate data; collaborate with Data team. Experience wiring tools together via APIs; strong analytical mindset. Led large cross-functional projects across engineering, data, and process changes. Excellent communicator; simplify complexity and align teams; thrive in ambiguity.
