📋 Description Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members via the platform. Participating in training sessions to improve coaching abilities. Communicating with members via Mento email or in-app chat. Sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance practices. Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador. 🎯 Requirements Director/VP or senior engineering leader with 15+ years leading research teams. Strong AI/ML researcher or engineering manager with large-scale modeling. PhD preferred; publications or patents are a plus. Wants to turn leadership into coaching skills.
