📋 Description Support structuring of financing transactions (debt, tax equity, facilities, equity) Build and maintain financial models for renewable projects Manage financial due diligence from initial discussions to closing Review project documents used for consultant reports and due diligence Coordinate cross-functional deliverables for financial close Communicate with diverse stakeholders including executives, lenders, and investors 🎯 Requirements 2-4+ years in project finance 1+ year Renewable Energy experience Bachelor's in finance or accounting; MBA or CFA a plus Strong knowledge of renewable energy markets and project finance Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel Authorized to work in US without sponsorship; able to be in DC office 3 days/week 🎁 Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision coverage 401(k) with company contributions Annual bonus eligibility Flexible work hours Unlimited PTO Paid holidays
