📋 Description Lead development and management of People data and reporting. Optimize People systems across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, and PAVE. Own rotation and mobility program, shaping policy and processes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Provide primary point of contact for rotations, benefits, leaves, and time off. Generate dashboards and reports for data-driven decision making. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in a People or HR role. Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset. Intuition to identify improvements in our operational cadence. Proactivity in problem-solving and gap-filling. Bachelor's degree preferred.
