Program Coordinator/ Lead DSP

📋 Description Lead direct support for a Supported Living Program in Lakewood, WA. Provide direct support, hands-on instruction, and positive direction to individuals with I/DD. Ensure health, safety, service objectives, and personal goals. This is not supervisory; reports to Program Director. Enrich and support residents; maintain a safe and healthy environment. Assist with activities of daily living, meals, transportation, behavior supports, and mobility. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years caregiver experience; I/DD support preferred. Valid driver's license required. Must be at least 21 years old. HS Diploma or GED required. Strong communication; documentation and team collaboration.
