📋 Description Provide 1:1 support in homes and workplaces to build independence. Assist with transportation to events, work, and appointments. Help with home duties: cleaning, laundry, meals, budgeting. Offer on-site mentorship at jobs with tailored 1:1 support. Provide prompts and support to develop skills and independence. Monitor progress and help set and achieve goals. 🎯 Requirements 1+ year IDD support or 6+ months as a Job Coach. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Ability to work independently and problem-solve. Passion to help others and be dependable. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
