Senior Vice President, Human Resources

📋 Description Own and lead People Operations strategy to scale the organization. Drive Talent Acquisition to source and onboard top defense/tech talent. Create high-impact Learning & Development frameworks and mentorship. Partner with exec leadership on workforce planning and org design. Foster a performance-driven culture with rigorous performance management. Ensure risk and compliance with federal regulations and security controls. 🎯 Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 10+ years HR leadership with ownership of People Ops, L&D, and TA. Proven track record scaling tech or defense-contracting organizations in high growth. Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Greenhouse, Salesforce, HRIS). MBA or Master’s in HR/OD preferred; SaaS/defense-tech scaling experience.
