Coordinate delivery: staffing, timelines, and client relationships. Ensure data quality and inter-rater reliability. Turn analysis into clear findings, reports, and workshops. Partner with engineering on tooling to streamline workflows. 🎯 Requirements Based in NYC; in-office 5 days a week in Williamsburg. 3+ years designing studies, running evaluations, and presenting findings. Experience with data labeling, annotation, or AI/ML evaluation workflows. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects.
