📋 Description Advise UK/Europe on commercial, legal and regulatory matters. Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform operations; assess risk. Review and negotiate commercial agreements (technology, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts). Monitor UK/EU regulatory developments; assess impact and drive changes. Identify legal and regulatory risks from day-to-day operations; implement mitigations. Prepare guidance, templates and training to improve legal awareness and compliance. 🎯 Requirements Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience (law firm or in-house). Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous but not essential. Generalist with strong understanding of commercial and privacy laws; interest in legal tech/AI. Excellent communications and negotiation skills. Pragmatic and commercial approach to legal matters; adaptable in international environment.
