📋 Description Manage REO property preservation for reverse mortgages per procedures and laws. Coordinate timely property inspections to identify hazards or maintenance needs. Secure vacant properties to prevent unauthorized access and vandalism. Oversee property clean-out and debris removal. Manage lawn maintenance to maintain curb appeal and prevent code violations. Coordinate winterization to protect vacant properties in cold seasons. 🎯 Requirements 1-3 years in property preservation, REO management, or related field. Strong understanding of reverse mortgage foreclosure timelines and procedures. Excellent communication and coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Proactive and detail-oriented with focus on timely completion of tasks. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
