📋 Description Assist end-to-end recruitment: postings, interviews, resume screening, candidate communications. Assist onboarding and orientation activities for new hires. Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities. Provide administrative support: preparing HR documents, memos, and correspondence. Participate in HR projects and process improvements. 🎯 Requirements Pursuing/recently completed degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field. Strong interest in a career in Human Resources. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
