📋 Description Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for behavioral/mental health needs. Lead and train mental health specialists; ensure program development and monitoring. Flexible full-time schedule; on-call; direct service shifts limited to 16 hours per week. Ensure shifts are filled by staff meeting Dungarvin orientation standards. Collaborate with directors to adjust schedules and resources as needed. 🎯 Requirements 3 years experience supervising programs for behavioral and serious mental health needs. Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred. Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record. Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation. Designated Manager status per 245D licensing. Strong communication and leadership skills. 🎁 Benefits $5,000 retention bonus.
