📋 Description Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for behavioral/mental health needs. Lead and train mental health specialists; ensure program development and monitoring. Flexible full-time schedule; on-call; direct service shifts limited to 16 hours per week. Ensure shifts are filled by staff meeting Dungarvin orientation standards. Collaborate with directors to adjust schedules and resources as needed. 🎯 Requirements 3 years experience supervising programs for behavioral and serious mental health needs. Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred. Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record. Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
