Contract Recruiter

📋 Description End-to-end management of the recruiting process. Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to develop roles. Pre-screen resumes, evaluate candidates, and schedule interviews. Recruit passive candidates and deliver high-quality hires. Balance strategic and tactical talent acquisition with business needs. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years recruiting in Biopharma across multiple functions. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5-7 years talent acquisition experience. Experience supporting clinical research, commercial and business functions is a plus. Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle is a plus. Excellent communication and ability to influence across levels. Experience using ATS; Workday is a plus.
