AWS Cloud Engineer (m/f)

📋 Description Operate and monitor AWS cloud environments. Handle customer service requests, incidents, and SLA-based support. Lead incident response and root-cause analysis. Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) game days and readiness testing. In-person time required for collaboration with clients and colleagues. Take part in a 24/7 on-call rotation for Managed Services. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in cloud operations or DevOps roles. Strong knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, ELB) and Linux. Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code. Cloud best practices and DevOps principles. Troubleshoot DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP networking.
