📋 Description Develop and monitor behavior support plans and FBAs Provide direct clinical support within day programs Partner with staff to ensure consistent behavior support implementation Review data, monitor progress, and adjust strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including families and external partners On-site, hands-on work with staff and individuals (not remote) 🎯 Requirements Current BCBA in good standing with BACB CA independent licensure (LP/LMFT/LCSW) or equivalent 12 ABA coursework units completed 2+ years designing and implementing behavior interventions Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration; valid driver's license 🎁 Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance Supplemental Insurance Flex Spending and HSA Pet Insurance Life Insurance 401 K plan with up to 3% employer match
