📋 Description Advise internal stakeholders across the UK and Europe on commercial, legal and regulatory matters. Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform ops; assess risk and propose solutions. Review and negotiate technology, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts. Monitor UK/EU legislative developments; assess impact and implement changes. Identify legal and regulatory risks in day-to-day operations; implement mitigations. Prepare guidance, templates and training to improve legal awareness and compliance. 🎯 Requirements Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' experience (firm or in-house). Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Generalist with strong commercial and privacy law understanding. Excellent communications and negotiation skills. Pragmatic, commercial approach; comfortable in an international environment. Interest in legal tech/AI; eager to adopt tools. 🎁 Benefits Salary €75k-€95k (annualized) depending on experience.
