📋 Description Advise UK/Europe stakeholders on commercial, legal and regulatory matters. Manage legal escalations and disputes from platform operations; assess risk. Review and negotiate technology, marketing, procurement and supplier contracts. Monitor UK/EU regulatory developments; assess impact and implement changes. Identify legal/regulatory risks from daily operations; implement mitigations. Assist with legal project management across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare guidance, templates and training for legal awareness and compliance. 🎯 Requirements Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience (firm or in-house). Fluent in English; other European languages a plus. A true generalist with knowledge of commercial and privacy laws. Excellent communications and negotiation skills. Pragmatic, commercial approach to legal matters. Comfortable in international, multicultural environments. Shows initiative; improves processes and solutions.
