📋 Description Supervise month-end and year-end close, including journal entries. Prepare financial statements, audit schedules, and analyses for senior mgmt. Maintain the general ledger and ensure data integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally to support accruals and variances. Oversee technical accounting (revenue recognition, inventory costing). Lead and mentor accounting team to drive performance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 8–10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience. Advanced knowledge of US GAAP. ERP systems proficiency; NetSuite or similar. Proven leadership and team-building skills.
