Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - No Weekends

📋 Description Ensure quality, individualized health care management for residents. Conduct site visits, monitor vitals, assess patients, document progress. Act as health resource; train staff on medical topics. Conduct medication audits and ensure care/records compliance. Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri; on-call rotation 1 week/month. Work in a low-stress, team-oriented environment with paid training. 🎯 Requirements Current Indiana LPN license required. 1-2 years experience with individuals with disabilities or long-term care preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently, flexible, dependable. Organizational and computer skills.
