Billing & Revenue Support Specialist

📋 Description Enter and maintain NetSuite sales orders per contract terms (incl. project setup) Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready for billing Set up new customers in NetSuite Create revenue schedules in NetSuite ARM per predefined rules Process credits, rebills, and adjustments Prepare and issue invoices, incl. monthly usage-based billing 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years experience in billing, invoicing, order management, or revenue operations Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/billing system Familiarity with subscription or usage-based billing models Basic understanding of revenue processes (ASC 606 or IFRS knowledge helpful) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Accountable in a remote work environment 🎁 Benefits Remote work within the Czech Republic supported
