Technical Training Specialist (Starlink)

📋 Description Develop and deliver training using manufacturing planning tools. Lead creation and upkeep of on-the-job training docs. Develop new courses and content aligned with engineering specs. Create course materials and assessments; deliver classroom and online modules. Onsite role in Bastrop, TX; remote work not offered. Onboard Starlink Production Associates and set up initial training. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years hands-on manufacturing planning experience 2+ years in training coordination or learning & development Proficiency with ERP software Training experience in a manufacturing setting Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics LMS experience with PowerPoint, Captivate, and Storyline
