📋 Description Oversee daily operations of the Managed Transportation and LTL Department Manage team operations to support client relations and retention Provide mentorship and coaching to a team of Logistics Specialists Act as the point of escalation for customer and carrier related issues Leverage tools and technology to manage and grow account strategy Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track department operations 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of two years of management experience. Strong logistics and transportation background. Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS). Proven leadership and team development skills.
