Compliance: define and implement Syndio requirements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years building production backends; Python, relational stores, GCP/Kubernetes. LLM-powered production systems: agent loop, tool-calling, RAG, evals. Design for operability: compliance, tracing, evals, and kill switches. Own a technical domain with light supervision: API specs, reviews, shipping, pager. Strong written communication: design docs and PR reviews.
