📋 Description Support datacenter supply chain with GPU and hardware vendor contracts. Collaborate with finance, tax, and compliance on deal structuring. Provide day to day counseling on supply chain continuity and risk. Advise on regulatory obligations in global deployment. Assist international expansion by adapting docs for new jurisdictions. Develop templates, playbooks, and training for scalable sourcing. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD); active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 6+ years in complex commercial transactions. Experience drafting and negotiating hardware or supply-chain contracts. Pragmatic, solutions-oriented counseling for senior leaders. Experience building contracting playbooks and templates.
