📋 Description Lead and mentor a cross-functional IT team across networks, systems, DevOps, and support. Provide ongoing coaching and regular performance reviews. Hands-on contributor; grow the team's independence rather than becoming a bottleneck. Own IT operations end-to-end: service delivery, incidents, root-cause analysis, and after-hours escalation. Manage on-prem and cloud infrastructure; adapt to new systems quickly.
