Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days. Respond to tenant requests promptly, within 24 hours. Assist with on-call emergency maintenance as needed. 🎯 Requirements 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry). General computer skills, including operating a mobile device. Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Superior customer service skills.
