📋 Description Own HiBob as core HRIS end-to-end (config, data, integrations) and lead analytics. Automate manual HR work with self-service flows, including AI agents. Own the full lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation. Guide managers through HR processes: adaptation, performance, compensation, talent mapping. First contact for employee relations; escalate when needed; keep Notion docs current.
