📋 Description Manage physical security system support to meet SLAs. Configure and manage Windows OS; install/load OS software. Desktop hardware setup, imaging, antivirus updates. Analyze security infra performance; recommend improvements. Troubleshoot, maintain integrity; apply OS enhancements and patching. IAVA updates and STIGs for IA compliance; escalate tickets as needed. 🎯 Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's (5+ yrs) or Associate (8+ yrs) or HS (10+ yrs). 2+ yrs experience with Physical Access Control Systems. Windows patching and vulnerability remediation; IA/STIGs/IAVA.
