Speech Language Pathologist - Senior Living Visits

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Evaluate and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues. Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals. Continually assess and revise the care plan with the multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on rehab care for independent living. Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet. 🎯 Requirements Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license. ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification requirements. Eligible to sit for ASHA exam for certification. In training to complete supervised experience toward certification.
