📋 Description Serve as senior relationship owner and trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, controllers, audit committees, and boards. Lead high-impact engagements for life sciences companies. Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, auditors, and attorneys. Grow CFGI’s life sciences market presence through BD and thought leadership. Lead and mentor teams; oversee scope, staffing, budgets, and quality. Gain exposure to a broad range of organizations, transactions, and lifecycle stages. 🎯 Requirements 14+ years in public accounting, accounting advisory, consulting, or corporate finance. A minimum of two years with Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC. CPA license. Significant life sciences industry experience (biotech/pharma/devices/diagnostics). Experience advising CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, Audit Committees, Boards, and external auditors. Experience leading major client portfolios and engagements with staffing, budgeting, and profitability. Experience applying US GAAP to complex matters (revenue, business combinations, impairment, leases). Experience leading SEC reporting, IPO readiness, and capital-market engagements.
