Manager, Payroll, HRIS/HCM

📋 Description Own end-to-end payroll, HRIS, and HCM ecosystem. Hands-on payroll and HR technology in-house. Internal expert on client HR tech stack (HiBob, Lattice). Keep platforms configured, integrated, compliant, and optimized as we scale. Lead configuration changes, new module rollouts, and system upgrades. Build and maintain automated HR workflows to reduce manual admin. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years running payroll and HRIS/HCM systems. HR Generalist or HRBP with lifecycle experience. Client-facing experience in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies. Hands-on admin of core HRIS (HiBob) and a performance platform (Lattice). HRIS and/or performance platform certification preferred. Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, tax, and wage/hour. 🎁 Benefits Contract consultants on a project-by-project basis.
