📋 Description Manage a team of launch mechanical engineers and their projects. Set clear priorities and plan work around launch schedules. Support engineers with design decisions and problem solving. Coordinate staffing, schedules, design reviews, risks, and cross-team work. Review launch system designs and develop safe, reliable solutions. Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members; report progress and risks. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering. 5+ years in launch operations, testing, ground systems, or related mechanical systems. 1+ year of experience managing an engineering team. Strong fundamentals in structures, mechanical design, and fluid systems. Experience delivering projects on schedule amid changing priorities.
