Job Description
📋 Description Oversee on-site construction for assigned homes. Manage simultaneous construction of up to 15 single-family homes. Use Homebound’s proprietary project management software for daily ops. Approve trade partner work and invoices based on quality and completeness. Lead on-site safety protocols and code/permit compliance. Maintain digital and physical project documentation and communicate scope changes. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of construction industry experience, direct field home building. Proficient in reading/interpreting structural plans and blueprints. Understanding of local building codes, permits, and home construction process. Experience collaborating with PMs and trade partners to stay on schedule/budget. Strong Excel for project schedules, budgets, progress tracking.
