📋 Description Own vendor contracts and third-party risk management from a legal perspective. Draft and negotiate commercial, custody, and trading contracts (MSAs, NDAs). Negotiate external client agreements such as custody or trading agreements. Collaborate with Third Party Risk Management to develop guidelines and playbooks. Lead medium-to-large projects; break work into tasks; function as a senior IC. 🎯 Requirements J.D. degree with focus on financial services or corporate law. 4+ years drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts. Experience negotiating brokerage or trading-related agreements. Cross-functional collaboration with business and teams to resolve issues. Enthusiasm for crypto and understanding of crypto laws/regulations US and international. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
