📋 Description Lead client implementations and professional services projects on the Lone Wolf platform. Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales support for Lone Wolf apps. Perform needs assessments and gather client requirements. Provide status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks. Configure software and advise on best practices for clients. Coordinate project plans to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. 🎯 Requirements A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or related field. 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting. Exceptional project planning and multi-tasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Experience with agency systems or related software preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet KPIs.
