Business AI Operations Lead

📋 Description Lead AI workflow discovery across Product, Engineering, and R&D. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes. Identify AI opportunities to reduce manual work and boost productivity. Translate opportunities into clear requirements and implementation plans. Design and build prioritized AI workflows across functions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining operational workflows. Experience using Claude or similar tools to build AI-enabled workflows. Experience with APIs, low-code/no-code, workflow automation, or prompt engineering. Experience applying AI or automation to improve business processes.
