📋 Description Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric clients at home. Work as part of HICU Hospital at Home ICU team. Support infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home. Full-time day or overnight shifts in the Philadelphia area. Team-based care extending hospital care to home. Focus on growth, development, and patient outcomes. 🎯 Requirements Current RN license. At least 1 year verifiable RN experience. NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience with infants 2 y/o and younger.
