📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, swallowing issues. Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals. Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in a multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for independent living. Document observations and interventions using EMR touchpad tablet. 🎯 Requirements Current VA Speech Language Pathologist license. CCC certification from ASHA.
