📋 Description Secures land rights for FEL 0–3 development. Owns land workstream: define needs, engage owners, negotiate leases. Maintains site control per interconnection provider, NRC, and financing. Ensures timely access for meteorological tower data; resolves site crossings. Delivers land deliverables at each gate and tracks footprint sufficiency. Leads use of GIS, NOS, and AI for land research and reporting. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years in land acquisition for large energy projects. Proven ownership of multi-parcel land assemblages from ID to closing. Knowledge of title examination, curative work, mineral severance, easements. Experience negotiating with public agencies and infrastructure owners.
