📋 Description Pricing and product optimization across commercial and personal lines. Work on pricing, coverage, and underwriting guidelines with cross-functional teams. Senior IC on a pricing team; mentorship for analysts. Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and technology to drive profitability. Drive product innovation and market competitiveness through pricing insights. Monitor performance metrics and adjust pricing as needed. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of insurance pricing/actuarial analytics (P&C or specialty). Bachelor's in Actuarial Science, Math, Stats, Econ, Eng, Finance, or related. ACAS is a strong plus; exam progress welcome. Advanced Excel with reusable tools and QA checks. Experience pricing new programs and exhibit sets.
