📋 Description Serve as primary partner for product, engineering, marketing, and operations. Assess legal risks in product development, including privacy, licensing, IP. Advise on US/global privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR) and AI regulations to ensure global compliance. Draft and negotiate vendor and technology agreements to support launches. Support incident response and regulatory investigations. Co-develop scalable self-service legal playbooks and templates for Engineering and Product teams. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar in at least one US state. 8+ years of in-house experience supporting SaaS, PaaS, and/or IaaS product teams. Track record counseling AI product and engineering teams across the lifecycle. Low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a growth mindset. Proven ability to translate complex legal advice into actionable guidance for Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
