📋 Description Provide legal advice on global litigation and regulatory matters. Manage outside counsel across discovery, motion practice, trial prep, and settlements. Stay current on laws, regulations, and industry trends; brief leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk and develop strategies. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of combined litigation and/or regulatory experience. JD and active license to practice law in California or another U.S. state. Experience managing global IP litigation across jurisdictions.
