📋 Description Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify IT needs and subcontracting plans Develop and execute procurement strategies to source IT suppliers cost-effectively Conduct market research, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts per RFQ/RFP guidelines Manage the procurement lifecycle from supplier selection through renewal Collaborate with IT and Legal teams to ensure contracts comply with policies and regulations Interface with Vast customers and senior leadership to align IT requirements with priorities 🎯 Requirements Experience negotiating software and IT contracts (pricing and terms) Experience generating RFPs and managing delivery schedules Experience in indirect procurement from demand identification to fulfillment Ability to negotiate indirect products including SaaS and hardware Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business or equivalent experience 🎁 Benefits Competitive pay with benefits and equity Medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off and parental leave Life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match On-site meals, snacks, and perks
