NOC Engineer

📋 Description Diagnose and resolve complex network issues using monitoring tools. Perform remote troubleshooting sessions to resolve network issues. Plan, manage and implement network changes with engineering and suppliers. Provide advanced technical solutions and timely escalation resolution. Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analyses. Escalate cases to Level 3 engineering with smooth handover. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking or related field. 5+ years in network support or infrastructure (ISP, cloud, data centres). CCNA or JNCIA certification (or equivalent) required. Proficiency with MPLS, OSPF, BGP and advanced routing. Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia and OpenGear equipment.
