📋 Description Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Security, and technology leaders to guide financial decisions Lead R&D budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning across headcount, cloud infra, software, AI, and vendors Build and maintain financial models translating roadmaps, hiring plans, tech architecture, and vendor commitments into outcomes Evaluate strategic tradeoffs across hiring, cloud consumption, vendors, and build-versus-buy decisions Develop executive-ready dashboards and reporting on R&D spend, workforce trends, forecast accuracy, cloud costs, and performance Prepare business cases and scenario analyses to support new products and platform investments 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 5–7 years of FP&A or related analytics experience Experience supporting Product, Engineering, R&D in SaaS/cloud/high-growth software Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and partnering Familiarity with FinOps principles and cloud cost management Experience with ERP/BI/AI analytics tools (Adaptive Planning, Workday, NetSuite) 🎁 Benefits Unlimited vacation Educational and wellness reimbursements 0-cost employee insurance plans Company Stock Plan
