Senior Legal Analyst

📋 Description Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs). Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to close key agreements. Develop or apply SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing risk. Maintain organized records of contracts across entities. Design, develop, and implement legal processes, playbooks, and training. Assist with special projects as needed. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; law degree (LLB/JD) strongly preferred. Substantial prior law firm or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience. Ability to independently develop and implement legal processes and playbooks. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Experience across multiple jurisdictions and cross-border agreements is an advantage. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement. Strong written and oral English communication.
